What is the Strong Class?

A ladies only class, designed for anyone who wants to improve their fitness performance, build muscle and improve strength. This 1 hour session is more than just lifting weights it encompasses exercises for your entire development and what is needed to improve your physical performance.  

Each week you will focus on 1 Olympic lift, with training to complement the individual and their current ability.

Lifts will be tracked and recorded each week to show you your individual progress across the sessions. We're not strong for a girl.. just STRONG!
