The ultimate outdoor workout!
What's Involved?
A 50 minute high intensity functional training circuit in the lush surroundings of the Rossendale valley.
Take the challenge and be prepared to flip, jump and lift your way through your weekend workout using items you expect to see on a working farm.
Suitable for all abilities. Exercise adaptions for various levels will be given.
Safety precautions:
Please do not participate if you have any current injuries or are feeling unwell.
There will be a trained paramedic on site conducting safety checks and you will be required to have a temperature test prior to starting the workout on the day
We will be following all social distancing policies and industry guidelines to ensure your safety and kindly request that you also follow best practice when you attend.
Each workout station will have hand gels for you to use prior to and after your exercise.
